- Resolution must be 150 dpi at 100% size
- Outline all fonts
- Flatten all images
- Allow at least 20mm bleed around the artwork

What material is the sign made from?
It is made from 5mm outdoor-rated corflute, which is lightweight, UV-stable, weather-resistant, and suitable for long-term outdoor use.
Is the sign life-size?
Typically, yes. Our Yellow Safety Men are produced at full height (180cm) for maximum visibility. Custom sizing is also available.
Does it come with the point-up “Look Up & Live” arm?
Yes. You can choose: Standard figure with or without the sticker. Custom arm direction is also available
Can the message or stickers be customised?
Yes. You can add company logos, site-specific messaging, hazard warnings, or reflective decals for improved visibility. Include this information in the Additional Information above.
